Retreat Rules
- Glass of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the fenced pool area. Please use the pool-safe acrylic glassware and plates provided in the outdoor kitchen and stable. If any glass is broken within the pool area, the pool is required to be drained, cleaned and refilled under the damage deposit T&C’s as per health & safety guidelines
- Please do not take into or keep any food in the tents.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas – we are in a fire risk area so all cigarette butts must be completely extinguished before being disposed of and disposed of safely and securely in the designated area – please do not discard in the indoor bins. Absolutely no smoking in or near the tents
- Open fires must never be left unattended and must be completely extinguished before you leave them.
- Council imposed fire ban rules or fire bans at times of extreme wind must be strictly adhered to at all times – we will inform you if there is a fire ban. Any fires lit during this time may result in loss of damage deposit
- Please do not move or push back furniture under any circumstances within the canvas tents . This can lead to damage to the tent which will be repaired or replaced under the damage deposit T&C’s
- Any stains on sheets, bedding and towels which don’t come out after being laundered will be replaced under the damage deposit T&C’s. Please use your own or the make-up removal pads provided by us next to the beds and ensure all fake tan is washed off prior to arrival.
- We understand that accidents happen but please do let us know if any glassware, mugs or crockery is broken during your stay
